These terms govern your registration for classes and use of the Princeton Dog Training Club (“PDTC”) online registration system. By creating an account and registering, you agree to them.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You register by logging in through our website and providing accurate, current information for yourself and your dog. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Registration and payment
Fees are shown at checkout. Members in good standing receive member pricing; non-members and members not in good standing pay the non-member rate. Pay online by card, or choose pay in person and bring payment to your first class. Registration is subject to class capacity, prerequisites, and any applicable priority-registration period.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and credits are governed by PDTC’s Class Refund Policy, which is available on the PDTC website.
4. Class participation, dogs, and safety
Participation is subject to the policies you acknowledge at checkout, including the Hold Harmless Waiver, the Reactive Dogs Policy, and the Supervision of Handlers Under 17 policy. You confirm your dog’s vaccinations are current and your health and safety information is accurate. The club may ask a dog or handler to leave a class for safety reasons.
5. Conduct
Treat instructors, volunteers, other participants, and dogs with respect, and follow instructor directions and facility rules. The club may suspend or cancel a registration for conduct that endangers people or dogs or disrupts a class.
6. Third-party services
PDTC uses third-party service providers to support online registration and payment processing. Those services are governed by the providers’ applicable terms, policies, and system availability.
7. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
Dog training involves inherent risks. Participation is subject to the Hold Harmless Waiver presented and accepted during registration.
8. Changes and contact
PDTC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version presented and accepted at the time of registration will apply to that registration. Questions: princetondogtrainingclub@gmail.com.
